Artichoke dip is a family favorite in the fall and winter, and this 3-ingredient appetizer is perfect for game day or holidays. I recommend doubling the recipe- you can never have enough! Serve with a bowl of Fritos Scoops for a delicious time.
Variations
Add jalapenos for a spicier version, or mix it up with green peppers, spinach, or roasted garlic for a twist!
Storage
This dip can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container. Reheat in the microwave or oven. You can also freeze it for about a month (though it’s best when it’s fresh!)

- 1 cup parmesan grated
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375° F.

- Add the artichokes to a bowl with the mayonnaise and parmesan. Mix well until combined.
- Spread the mixture in a shallow pie pan (I use a 24 cm dish).
