Impossibly Easy Artichoke Dip

canned artichoke hearts
drained

cup
mayonnaise

cup
parmesan
grated
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375° F.
Drain and chop the artichoke hearts, if needed.
Add the artichokes to a bowl with the mayonnaise and parmesan. Mix well until combined.
Spread the mixture in a shallow pie pan (I use a 24 cm dish).
Bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
For a twist, sprinkle more Parmesan on top when you have about 5 minutes left to get a crispier top.
Serve with Fritos Scoops or your favorite baguette (sliced) for a delicious time!
