Artichoke dip is a family favorite in the fall and winter, and this 3-ingredient appetizer is perfect for game day or holidays. I recommend doubling the recipe- you can never have enough! Serve with a bowl of Fritos Scoops for a delicious time.

Variations

Add jalapenos for a spicier version, or mix it up with green peppers, spinach, or roasted garlic for a twist!

Storage

This dip can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container. Reheat in the microwave or oven. You can also freeze it for about a month (though it’s best when it’s fresh!)

Servings: 6 people

Ingredients

  • 1 14 ounce canned artichoke hearts drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup parmesan grated

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375° F.
  • Drain and chop the artichoke hearts, if needed.
  • Add the artichokes to a bowl with the mayonnaise and parmesan. Mix well until combined.
  • Spread the mixture in a shallow pie pan (I use a 24 cm dish).
  • Bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
For a twist, sprinkle more Parmesan on top when you have about 5 minutes left to get a crispier top.
  • Serve with Fritos Scoops or your favorite baguette (sliced) for a delicious time!
