This savory and cheesy dip mixes up with only three ingredients! Chopped kimchi, cream cheese, and a bit of mayo combine to make a delicious snack with an Asian flair. The dip can even be used on bagels and sandwiches.
One of my favorite brands of kimchi is Jongga which can also be found online.
Variations
Spice – Add 1 teaspoon of gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) if you enjoy a bigger punch of spice.

Kimchi Cream Cheese Dip
This savory dip is loaded with kimchi for an appetizer with Asian flair.
Servings: 4 people
Ingredients
- 1 8 ounce packaged cream cheese
- ¾ cup cabbage kimchi drained and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- green onion (optional) chopped
- sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Add cream cheese and mayonnaise to a medium bowl. Blend well until smooth.
- Mix in kimchi. If the mixture is too thick, add in a teaspoon of kimchi juice.
- Sprinkle chopped green onion or sesame seeds over the top if using.
- Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
Notes
This dip will keep well in the refrigerator for a few days.
