Kimchi Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 8 ounce packaged cream cheese
  • ¾ cup cabbage kimchi drained and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • green onion (optional) chopped
  • sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Add cream cheese and mayonnaise to a medium bowl. Blend well until smooth.
  • Mix in kimchi. If the mixture is too thick, add in a teaspoon of kimchi juice.
  • Sprinkle chopped green onion or sesame seeds over the top if using.
  • Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.

Notes

This dip will keep well in the refrigerator for a few days.
