Cold Turkey and Veggie Wrap

- 4 whole wheat tortillas, 10-inch
- 1 16 ounce deli sliced turkey
- 8 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 head romaine lettuce washed and separated
- 1 bellpepper sliced
- 1 tomato sliced
- 1 avocado sliced
- honey mustard dressing
- salt and pepper to taste
Wash produce and slice. Set aside.
Lay a tortilla flat on a cutting board or plate. Fill tortilla with 2 slices of cheese, 3-4 slices of turkey, and a quarter of the remaining prepared vegetables. Drizzle with honey mustard dressing, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Roll the wrap by folding one side over the filling and gently pulling the ingredients toward the fold. Roll towards the open end until completely closed.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 with the remaining tortillas.
Slice the wrap down the center and serve immediately, or wrap tightly with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to three days.
