Paik’s Noodle

03/07/2024 by TheDishDiary

Bellevue, WA

Started by popular Korean chef Baek Jong-won, Paik’s Noodle has arrived in the Seattle area! It has an array of the best Korean Chinese cuisine including jajangmyeon (black bean noodles) and tangsuyuk (sweet and sour pork). With an easy ordering and seat yourself system and quick food arrival, Paik’s Noodle is a place to check out.

We ordered the jajangmyeon, tangsuyuk, and spicy stir-fried jajangmyeon. The flavors were very good across all of the dishes and the tangsuyuk was airy, crisp perfection. Chef Baek has brought the right taste with his restaurant chain.

My favorite dish was the spicy stir-fried jajangmyeon. I haven’t had this dish at another Korean restaurant for comparison, but I really enjoyed the depth of flavor from the stir fry on top of the jajangmyeon sauce. The spice level for us was perfect and there was also a lot of seafood and vegetables to make filling dish.
