Chef Jess of Hedonisme creates limited hand-painted bonbons a few times a year that are offered through her website. The flavors are always seasonal, unique, and delicious.

White chocolate – Toasted Jasmine Rice
Milk chocolate – Porcini
Dark chocolate – Hazelnut Caramel Mocha

Hedonisme hand-painted bonbons are a treat for the palette and the eye since they are as delectable as they are pretty. Chef Jess triumphs in serving up unconventional flavors such as Toasted Jasmine Rice and Porcini, which are two of my favorites. Her more standard, but not boring, flavors like Hazelnut Caramel Mocha are also incredibly delicious.

Milk chocolate – Porcini and Sweet Corn and Basil
Dark Chocolate – Hazelnut Caramel Mocha and Caramelized Banana Milk

Chef Jess never fails to impress with her flavor combinations, expert execution, and beautiful presentation.  I’m a return customer and look forward to her bonbon experiences when they are available.  My favorite in the boxes I’ve had so far has been Porcini, and in this particular box the Sweet Corn and Basil was a stand out.  Her flavor combinations are always impeccably balanced, and it’s almost as if each bonbon tells a story as the ingredients light up on the tongue. 

Boxes of six and twelve are usually available for purchase during the events, and they sell out pretty quickly!  Announcements can be found on the Hedonisme website and Instagram account.  Check out her limited time ice cream offerings as well!


The Final Tidbit

These limited time bonbons are fantastic and we look forward to them whenever Chef Jess does her drop!
