A quick and simple corn salsa with bright flavors from fresh tomatoes, cilantro, lime, and onion.
Servings: 6 people
Ingredients
- 1½ cups tomato chopped
- ½ cup white or green onion chopped
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- 1 lime juiced
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 15 ounce whole kernel corn
- 1 jalapeno (optional) chopped
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Mix well and add more salt or pepper to taste. Chill for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
