Semicolon Cafe

04/03/2024 by Ume

Seattle, WA

In downtown Bellevue near the large park, Semicolon Cafe serves up coffee, shaved iced (bingsu), pastries, and Korean influenced sandwiches. The toasted brioche bread is baked in house daily and the fillings range from breakfast staples like bacon and egg to Korean bulgogi.

Order pick up and some delivery options are available if you’d like to try their food and drink at home.

We ordered the ham and BELT sandwiches for lunch. Both had their house made brioche which was buttery, soft, and lightly toasted. The fillings were delicious and complimented the rich bread well. Overall, these sandwiches made for a satisfying meal!
