Donburi Station

06/01/2023 by Momo

Seattle, WA

Incredibly fresh, filling, and convenient at an amazing price. What more can I say?

The first time I tried Donburi Station was at their original location in Georgetown during Covid shortly after their opening. Their fish was so fresh in thick cuts and the bowls were perfect to pick-up and enjoy at a park or at home.

Since the Bellevue location opened I have gone a few more times, but only recently did I finally get the chance to eat in-restaurant and try their Aburi Sake Don (seared salmon bowl). One of my favorite ingredients is their house-made soy sauce with a hint of yuzu – perfect over their fresh sashimi and sushi rice. Definitely a must try for visitors and a staple for resident sashimi-lovers.
